The AQA drink Magnesium Mineralized Water filter cartridge incorporates BWT’s five stage filtration and patented magnesium technology. This is used to filter and then enrich the water with the magnesium, to help you achieve the best all-round sensory experience from your hot and cold drinks. The water filter cartridge removes the minerals that cause limescale to protect appliances like coffee makers and kettles and is ideal for your under sink water filter system and can also be used with a wide range of water dispensers like the AQA drink 20, 40 and 60.

BWT's AQA MONITOR meter is a programmable control unit that monitors the capacity of the water filter cartridge and tells you by an audible signal when it is necessary to replace the cartridge. This meter and flow sensor is installed in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. The remaining capacity of the filter can be read on the meter’s display and an acoustic signal is emitted to alert you when the filter needs to be changed.

• No sound signal: The capacity of the filter cartridge is sufficient
• Single Bleep: the filter capacity is low
• Two bleeps in short succession: The filter cartridge is exhausted and needs to be replaced

For our under sink water filter system, to be installed easily certain conditions must be met:

• You should be able to isolate the hot and cold water supply to your existing kitchen tap easily
• Compatible with: Pressure storage water heater, thermally or hydraulically controlled water heaters
• Not suitable for: Pressure-free storage water heaters
• There should be sufficient space to operate the new tap see dimensions:
  h x d: 384 x 223 mm, swivel range: 150°
• There needs to be sufficient space for the filter to be placed under the sink:
